This Month’s Topic: Responsible Employment Practices at the Crossroads of ADA and OFLA:
The attorneys of Davis Law Offices LLC will give a short talk and answer questions about one of the areas of law that often causes heartburn for small businesses: how to responsibly to handle the crossroads of disability accommodation and protected medical leave – especially when your business is too small to be an OFLA or FMLA covered entity.
